Shipping Policy
At Jewlio, we aim to process and ship all orders in a timely manner to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
We try our best to deliver products within the estimated timeframe; however, we do not know very well how courier partners may handle delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such delays are beyond Jewlio’s control.
Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. Jewlio will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared where available. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
