Refund and Returns Policy

At Jewlio, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to deliver high-quality products every time. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
If a customer receives a wrong or incorrect product, Jewlio will provide a replacement for the same item. A clear unboxing video is mandatory and must show the sealed package being opened, with the issue clearly visible. Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
If a customer chooses to return a product for personal reasons, the refund will depend on the condition of the security seal:
- If the security seal is broken: Only 80% of the total order amount will be refunded. The remaining amount is non-refundable and covers securing, handling, and management charges.
- If the security seal is intact (not broken): A full refund (100%) will be provided.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 5–6 days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be shipped to the following return address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was made by Jewlio.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid phone number or address provided by the customer, it will be treated as undeliverable.
In such cases, a total delivery charge of ₹99 (covering both forward and return shipping) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Coupons & Discount Orders
Orders placed using any coupon or discount offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
