At Jewlio, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to deliver high-quality products every time. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
If a customer receives a wrong, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Jewlio will provide a replacement or refund after verification.A clear unboxing video is mandatory and must show the package being opened, with the issue clearly visible. Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
If a customer chooses to return a product for personal reasons.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All return or replacement/ return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be shipped to the following return address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was made by Jewlio.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid phone number or address provided by the customer, it will be treated as undeliverable.
