At Jewlio, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to deliver high-quality products every time. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
If a customer receives a wrong or incorrect product, Jewlio will provide a replacement for the same item. A clear unboxing video is mandatory and must show the sealed package being opened, with the issue clearly visible. Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered. If a customer chooses to return a product for personal reasons, the refund will depend on the condition of the security seal:
- If the security seal is broken: Only 50% of the total order amount will be refunded. The remaining amount is non-refundable and covers securing, handling, and management charges.
- If the security seal is intact (not broken): A full refund (100%) will be provided.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 – 6 Days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be shipped to the following return address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was made by Jewlio.
